A chatbot bolted onto a product can summarize what you paste into it. Bee has access to the workspace itself — the projects, the tasks, the contacts, the invoices, the articles — so "which invoices are overdue and who do I chase" is a question about your data rather than a writing exercise.

Reading and writing, with an undo
Bee can create tasks, draft articles, add contacts and update records, not only describe them. Changes made through the assistant sit inside an undo window, which is the honest way to give an AI write access: assume it will occasionally be wrong and make that cheap.
Flows and skills, for the things you repeat
AI flows chain several steps into one repeatable operation with a run history you can inspect afterwards. Skills go further — a generated skill is a saved capability you can run again, so a prompt that worked once becomes something the workspace knows how to do.
Use it from the tools you already use
The MCP bridge exposes the workspace to Claude, ChatGPT and any other MCP client, so you can work from an assistant you already have open. Connected agents carry a named identity, which means the record shows which agent created a task rather than attributing it to a human who did not.
Metered honestly
AI is the only metered resource in Beemud. Usage draws on a wallet, per workspace, at a published rate — the free SOLO plan pays as it goes, and Growth includes credit each cycle plus a lower rate. Every other feature on this site is included regardless of plan.
Bee AI questions
- Can the AI assistant actually change things, or only answer questions?
- Both. Bee can create and update tasks, contacts, articles and other records in the workspace. Changes made through the assistant fall inside an undo window so they can be reversed.
- Can I use Beemud from Claude or ChatGPT?
- Yes. Beemud exposes an MCP bridge, so Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP-compatible clients can read and act on your workspace directly. Connected agents get a named identity used for attribution on the records they touch.
- How is AI usage billed?
- AI is the only metered resource. Usage draws on a per-workspace wallet at a published rate. The free SOLO plan is pay-as-you-go; the Growth plan includes AI credit each billing cycle plus a discounted rate.
