Where the hours went, without a second app
Time tracked in a separate tool is time tracked against a project name someone typed from memory. In Beemud a time entry hangs off the task it was spent on, which makes the summary at the end of the month an account of the work rather than a reconstruction of it.
Replaces
- Time tracking
Included on every plan, with no separate subscription.
What's included
- Start/stop timers and manual time entries
- Time logged against a specific task or project
- Per-project and per-person time summaries
- Editable entries with descriptions
- Workspace calendar with events
- Task due dates on the calendar
- Project time tracking overview
Log it where the work is
Start a timer on a task or add an entry after the fact with a description. Because entries reference the task, project-level totals are derived rather than maintained, and there is no monthly ritual of matching a timesheet to a task list.
Summaries that answer the question you asked
Time can be summarized by project, by person and by period. That is usually enough to answer the two questions that matter: whether a project is running over what it was scoped at, and where the week actually went.
Deadlines and events on one calendar
The workspace calendar carries events alongside task due dates, so the schedule you plan against is the same schedule the work is on.
Time & Calendar questions
- Is time tracking included on the free plan?
- Yes. Time tracking is included on every plan, including the free SOLO plan, with no cap on entries or users.
- Can I add time after the fact?
- Yes. Entries can be created with a running timer or added manually afterwards with a description, and existing entries can be edited.
- Can I see how much time a project has used?
- Yes. Time summaries can be broken down by project, by person and by period, derived from the entries logged against individual tasks.
Works with the rest of the workspace
Time & Calendar is not a separate product. It shares the same workspace, contacts and permissions as everything else in Beemud.
- Projects & Tasks
Project delivery, fully visible
Projects, topics and tasks in one place, with an activity trail on every change so nobody has to ask where something stands.
- Contracts & Invoices
Proposals, contracts and invoices in one flow
Send a proposal, get a contract signed, invoice against it and take the payment — without a document ever leaving as an email attachment.
- CRM & Leads
Contacts, deals and a pipeline that stays current
A CRM that lives beside the delivery work, so a lead becoming a customer does not mean re-typing them into a second system.
